All Sales Final

In order to continue to partner with top quality vendors and bring our O&A Members the best values on events, all sales are considered final, and refunds cannot be issued.

O&A guarantees its vendors minimum numbers and/or deposits, upon your registration those funds are transferred to our vendors, food has been purchased and space reserved.

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your registration to another O&A Member as long as you email us the full name of your ticket holder prior to the event so that our event roster includes her/him.

Event Changes
Note that weather and other unforeseen occurrences may arise and require changes in our events.  If those issues arise within hours of the event, all registrants will be notified by phone.  Therefore we strongly suggest that you include your current cell phone number in your event registration information so that we may contact you in such a case. If you do not provide us with your phone number, or give us a number where we cannot reach you just prior to the event, we are not responsible for the consequences of your not receiving notice.

Should an O&A Event have to be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstance, registrants will receive an O&A Event Credit valid for 90 days for toward a future O&A Event (excluding O&A Fundraisers).
